At Al Asrar Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or exchange for your order.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on our return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened perfumes, opened body sprays, opened home fragrances, gift cards, or sale and discounted items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. For exchange requests, please contact us with your order details for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos for review.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
